We want House of Faith to be a blessing, not a burden. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing charge has been processed successfully. When you subscribe, you are paying for access during that billing period.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current period and simply does not renew — you will not be charged again, and we do not prorate or refund the remaining days.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account, since they are available for immediate use. Please purchase the pack size that fits your needs.
Billing mistakes and technical issues
We will always make things right when something goes wrong on our end. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a technical billing problem — contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@onlydiary.app with your account email and the details, and we will review and resolve it promptly.
How to cancel
Open your account settings, go to the billing portal, and choose cancel. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you need help, email us and we are glad to assist.
