Who can use House of Faith

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use House of Faith to:

• create, request, or distribute harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content;
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or promote violence or self-harm;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as authoritative spiritual, professional, or emergency guidance to others.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these terms.

A companion, not a replacement for professionals

House of Faith provides AI-generated faith-based reflections, prayers, Bible study support, and ministry tools. It is a companion, not a substitute for God, scripture, pastoral care, licensed counseling, medical care, legal advice, or emergency services. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account settings. Charges are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Prices and plan features may change, and we will give notice of material changes where required.

Plans described as “unlimited” are intended for normal personal or ministry use and are subject to fair use. Automated, scripted, bulk, or abusive activity may be rate-limited, suspended, or terminated to keep the service healthy and affordable for everyone.

Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you create, and you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it so we can provide the service to you. The House of Faith name, brand, software, and design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any AI-generated output is appropriate for your context.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and we do not guarantee it is theologically correct or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Faith and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which House of Faith operates [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory protections granted to you by your local law.
